Biography

Ryan Kellogg is a Professor of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, earning his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Ryan’s research bridges industrial organization, energy economics, and environmental policy. His projects have examined topics such as the effectiveness of policies aimed at reducing emissions from the transportation sector, factors affecting households’ vehicle demand, the behavior of oil and gas producers, the economic consequences of the shale gas boom, and potential impacts from climate change.
